2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use CaddieFlow only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. The service is not directed to children under 13.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• You may register using email/password or supported third-party sign-in options such as Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. What CaddieFlow Provides

CaddieFlow provides golf-related tools such as GPS yardages, round tracking, shot logging, scoring, club bag setup, Smart Caddie recommendations, analytics, leaderboard features, wearable-device experiences, and swing analysis.

Optional swing-performance diagnostics are governed by the Privacy Policy and are collected only when you make the separate performance-diagnostics choice during registration.

4. Subscription, Trial, and Billing Terms

Some features require a paid subscription or an eligible trial. The price, billing period, trial terms, taxes, and renewal date shown at checkout control your purchase and may vary by platform, country, and currency.

• Trials may be limited by account, device, payment profile, platform, or prior eligibility.
• Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play. They automatically renew unless canceled in Google Play before the next billing date.
• If web card checkout is displayed and available, web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and automatically renew until canceled through the CaddieFlow web billing portal.
• A future Apple app may use Apple App Store in-app purchasing. No Apple subscription or Apple app is currently offered.
• Canceling stops future renewal but normally leaves premium access active through the paid period. Deleting your CaddieFlow account does not automatically cancel an app-store or web subscription.
• Refund requests are handled under applicable law and the policy of the payment provider that processed the purchase.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CaddieFlow for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
• You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape protected data, or misuse another user's account.
• You may not use the service in a way that violates course rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.
• You may not upload or share harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, illegal content, impersonation, spam, scams, privacy-invasive material, or content that infringes another person's rights.

6. Your Content and Golf Data

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide to CaddieFlow, including profile details, uploaded avatars, rounds, shots, notes, club distances, and swing inputs.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, format, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, including public features you choose to enable.

7. Public Profiles and Community Features

If you enable public profile, leaderboard, or recent-round sharing settings, selected profile and golf-performance information may be shown to other users and on CaddieFlow properties.

• You control whether your profile is public.
• You control whether you appear on leaderboards.
• You control whether recent rounds are shared.
• You may report and block another user through available safety controls. We may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

8. Golf, Safety, and Performance Disclaimers

You remain fully responsible for your decisions on the course. CaddieFlow does not replace your judgment, course signage, local rules, weather awareness, physical readiness, or safety obligations.

• GPS yardages, map positions, hole layouts, weather, and Smart Caddie suggestions may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
• Swing Analyzer results, scores, and tips are informational only and are not medical, instructional, or professional advice.
• Handicap-related figures displayed in the app are informational unless we expressly state otherwise.
• You are responsible for obeying course rules, pace-of-play requirements, and applicable laws.

9. Third-Party Services

CaddieFlow relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google Maps, Sentry, and Open-Meteo. Stripe is used only if web card checkout is displayed and available. Your use of connected services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The CaddieFlow service, including our software, branding, visual design, text, graphics, and feature implementations, is owned by CaddieFlow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our rights to you.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the platform, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal or security issues.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete individual rounds or shots in the product, and you can contact support for account-related assistance.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaddieFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, data accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaddieFlow and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, rankings, handicap status, or device use arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to CaddieFlow for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaddieFlow and its affiliates, service providers, and personnel from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, the website, or another reasonable channel. Your continued use of CaddieFlow after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
